Attending the conference
How do I register, and what does it cost?
Standard registration is $450 for ACCIS members, whether you attend in person or virtually. Community and public-sector attendees who are not ACCIS members register at the community non-member rate ($675), with separate in-person and virtual options at the same price. Start on the attend page.
I'm with a private company but don't want a partnership. Can I attend?
Yes. Register with the private-sector attendee pass on the attend page. The standard rates are intended for ACCIS members and public-sector professionals. Fall 2026 Industry Partnerships are sold out.
What's the difference between in person and virtual?
In person gives you access to sessions, the Showcase, and networking events; the members' dinners and member collaboration sessions are for ACCIS members. Virtual attendance provides livestream access through Whova. Members-only programming remains restricted to ACCIS members; use the access instructions provided with your registration.
Where do I stay?
At the Muckleshoot Casino Resort, where the conference is held. The ACCIS room block closed on September 27, 2026, but rooms may still be available at the resort's standard rates: call the resort at 1-800-804-4944. Reservations, changes, and cancellations are handled directly by the resort. Details are on the lodging page.
Can I register several people at once?
Yes. While registering, you'll have the option to add additional attendees. Each person needs a unique individual email address; shared or group addresses can't be used.
Can I bring a guest to the reception?
Contact the events team to confirm guest availability, pricing, and which functions a guest may attend.
Partnering and the Showcase
How long do partners staff their Showcase table?
The Showcase runs alongside sessions. Partners must be present for the entirety of Tuesday and Wednesday; Thursday is a half day to close out the Showcase. Setup is Monday, October 19 from 5 to 8 p.m., tables must be show-ready by 7 a.m. Tuesday, and the Showcase runs 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday and 8 to 11 a.m. Thursday, with teardown from 11 a.m. to noon. See the Showcase guidelines.
What is the Whova Passport Program?
It's the conference's endorsed lead-capture method. Attendees collect digital stamps by visiting enrolled partner tables and complete their passport to qualify for prizes.
Are power and Wi-Fi provided at Showcase tables?
Conference Wi-Fi is complimentary for everyone. Electrical power is included at the Knowledge tier and above.
How do partners ship materials, and what are the setup rules?
The Showcase guidelines cover shipping to the resort, load-in, Showcase hours, display rules, giveaways, and teardown.
Registration policies
How can I pay, and when is payment due?
Pay by credit card (the charge appears as e3 Creative), by invoice or purchase order (net 30), or by check payable to ACCIS, mailed to Attn: e3 Creative, PO Box 6104, Olympia, WA 98507. Payment is due in full by October 15, 2026 (or before arrival).
What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Partners who canceled before August 28, 2026 received a 50% refund; cancellations on or after August 28 were non-refundable. No-shows forfeit all fees. If ACCIS must cancel the conference, registration fees are refunded.
Can a registration be transferred to someone else?
Yes. Attendee registrations may be transferred to another individual, and partnership fees may be transferred to another organization or representative. Replacements are accepted through Friday, October 16. Email events@accis-wa.org to arrange a transfer.
What else am I agreeing to when I register?
The standard conference terms: your conference-issued badge is required for entry; attendees book their own lodging; professional conduct is expected (see the code of conduct); attending means you consent to appearing in conference photos and video; ACCIS may adjust the program, schedule, or venue with timely notice; and the terms are governed by Washington law.
