What your agency gets back
The agenda includes hands-on learning labs, responsible AI adoption, cybersecurity, leadership, and case studies from public-sector peers. Tuesday’s keynote features Theresa Payton. Members can join city and county collaboration sessions and members-only programming.
Review the full agenda and identify the sessions that support your agency’s priorities. After the conference, share practical takeaways and contacts with your team.
Build your travel budget
Add your registration fee, the resort’s current lodging rate and room taxes, transportation, and meals not covered by your registration. The ACCIS room block closed September 27. Call the resort at 1-800-804-4944 for current room availability and pricing.
Use your agency’s travel policy and approved reimbursement rates; confirm meal eligibility for your registration type with the events team before calculating deductions. Virtual attendance avoids lodging and transportation costs.
Members-only programming
Monday’s city and county collaboration sessions at 3:40 p.m. through the members’ dinner are for ACCIS members. On Thursday, members-only programming starts with Copilot Studio: Show Me What You Built at 10:30 a.m. and continues through the rest of that day. Partners may remain in the conference center for conversations and teardown, but may not enter members-only meeting rooms.
