Registration
In-person registration closes Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Pacific. After that, only virtual attendance is offered.
Fall 2026 registration: ACCIS members $450 in person or virtual; community and public-sector non-members $675 in person or virtual; private-sector attendees $1,250 in person. Members-only restrictions apply to the program; see the attendance information below.
Payment is due Thursday, October 15, 2026. Registrations with a purchase order or invoice number on file will not be cancelled for an outstanding balance. Contact events@accis-wa.org for payment assistance.
Members-only sessions and events
Monday is members only from the city and county breakout sessions through dinner. Thursday is members only from the start of the Copilot Studio session onward. Partners may remain in the conference center for their published Showcase hours and teardown, but must stay out of the meeting room during members-only sessions. Contact events@accis-wa.org if you need to confirm access for your registration type.

The group rate deadline (September 27, 2026) has passed. The hotel may still have rooms at its regular rates.
The ACCIS room block is closed. For an existing reservation, call the resort at 1-800-804-4944 to make changes.

Partners support ACCIS conferences and meet attendees during the event. Partnership is separate from ACCIS membership and is not an endorsement.
Partner passes may be purchased until Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Pacific. No passes can be purchased after this deadline.
